Morgan Stanley just sent Greece broke by buying all the future income streams (read dividends) from such as the govt lotto, airport fees etc., with all that "currency trade" they traded for them. And charged a fee for doing so. Probably an ongoing fee...like a fee copyright licence fee or something...
I dont know what their pe is but I bet it's not low.
