Well well well and well again one more time. Another morning, another day, oh life is for living and living is so good,and we bid all the friends who think about us and have written about us a cheery good morning.

So we are just waiting for breakfast down here in Kingston, and we are whiling away the time watching the sunrise and bringing back the memories of before with some of your very fine Australian Broken Arm Shiraz and the Jamaica Numba One..

Fine wine, that Broken Arm Shiraz, with such a subtle message that creeps through the nose and seeps into ones brain, hammering away the message, over and over and over again till one finally succumbs in a mesmerimic stupor to its repetitive charms

Superbly pleasurable, but oh, there could be assuredly a mighty hangover in the morning for those without a strong stomach who unknowingly partake too much of it too quickly.

And as we watch the sunrise with the dreams from the numba One, we can think of no better way to start this Friday than to read and then reread that wonderful poem "Casabiana" before breakfast.
