cascap in pif corner, all too briefly

You will recall that ARL, on being "created", have appointed Cascap to run legal cases, then in motion, for PIF.

It is in that capacity that Mr Raftery was involved with ARL.
I met with him personally during those events, Email from those times below; unclassified as per time lapse.

It is proposed we will apply to the Courts early next year to ensure the funds from the Class Action are distributed to the effected investors.

The effected investors are those that incurred the loss, I think the date is around September 2008.

The matter will be resolved it just takes time
