G'Day All -Considerations
First off you need some comprehension of just how important a component the IPJ is in the processing circuit & how a InLine Pressure Jig (IPJ )-works & it seems the IPJ was not set up correctly or was possibly modified by mining plus & or SRK consulting -in early 2016 WHEN PLANT MODIFICATIONS OCCURRED resulting in mis appropriating gold to tailings should the wrong lagging be used & it seems it may well have been been then the resulting effect would be exactly what we have been experiencing .
below are some brief flow diagram & description of a IPJ.
InLine Pressure Jig (IPJ) and a briefsummary follows:•
How the IPJ WorksCoarse crushed ore slurry is continuously fed, from the centre of the IPJ, onto a vertically pulsed circular screen.
The wire screen is covered with ragging that, when combined with the jig’s pulsing action, causes dense mineral particles
( heavies/Gold ) in the slurry to drop through the screen to the concentration vessel to be collected under pressure.
Simultaneously, the lighter particles move to the outer edge of the unit, over a tailboard to an outer cone and is then discharged to tailings.

We appointed Gell Street Mining to come to site in the last 2 weeks.
principal of Gell Street Mining, Mr Peter Richards was a member of the Gekko commissioning team in July 2016.
During his visit, the gravity mill was optimised with a particular focus on the Inline PressureJig – IPJ plus various small ‘tune up’ adjustments focused on recovering the fine goldcomponent of our tailings and ores.
Mr Richards identified 5 areas ofoptimisation that appear not to have been carried out in the last 2 years.
Of particular focus was the Inline Pressure Jig - IPJ,WHERE THE JIG WAS RE-RAGGED WITH LEAD ONLY BALLS.
Up until now the jig was a mix of steel and lead balls.
Our third-party miller noted that a highpercentage of the gold is extremely fine (talc).
This may in part explain why our current mill configurationprior to Gell Street Mining’s work was not capturing this fine gold in the process.
Our gravity only mill has along history of losing gold to tailings. In the same report mentioned above we reported that 300 historicalunpublished tailing results between July 2016 and March 2017 were as high as 514 g/t with an average gradeof 13.2 g/t.
We hope the work that Gell Street Mining performed will result in an improvement in our gold recoveries.
Effective Monday 29th of October, we have moved from one shift to two shifts.
There will be a particular focuson processing up to 3,000 tonnes of tailings each month in addition to our high-grade ores.
Our tailings sitnext to our gravity mill and could be a low-cost option to produce ounces given their potential high gradenature.

Cascavel Gold Mine – Independent Technical ReviewsSRK Consulting (Denver) and Mining Plus (Vancouver and Lima) visited the Cascavel site during November tocomplete independent technical reviews of the mining operation.
These reviews were commissioned to assistOrinoco with a detailed evaluation of the current status of the Cascavel Project and to determine the best path forrestarting operations.
SRK was appointed by Cartesian Royalty Holdings.
Mining Plus was appointed by Orinoco.
Why the Frig where Minning Plus & SRK consulting conducting the review & introducing plant mods ?
The plant was designed & built by Gekko Systems it was only just after start up why did Gekko Systems not evaluate & rectify plant issues
Given the plant was brand new is confounding as it seems Gell Street Mining, Mr Peter Richards was a member of original the Gekkocommissioning team in July 2016 that has now modified the IPJ .
