A little clue in the report - 2nd shift going forward putting tailings through the optimised mill. 

Seems that the tune-up is encouraging enough for management to install a second shift - something Richard Crew was always going to do once the mill was running to his satisfaction. I take it as a positive but agree with Salt we need confirmation that the optimised mill is in fact recovering the gold. 

Bondy- yep there's no proof it's working. But their confidence to run the tails through the mill in batches is a plus.
