Well they're doing a poor job, they're allowing lwp to trade when it is a flop. It took them a week to realize what's going on after processing the Ann... I am sure they have the power to block Ann's of they want. The reason they gave initially is TV2 was suspended for over 5 days. Excluding weekends and before this, TV2 has been suspended for 5 days...
