    The judge wants to hear from asx/asic which is what I was lead to believe is happening at the next hearing and the reason why there is another hearing. Surely tv2/federal court isn't making court case run longer just for announcement. Only 2 things I can think of is asx is prolonging when their lawyers are available or tv2 are trying to hold off till next yr. Either way its dodgy
