They were given the shares
Even if they sold for 0.001 they still made money
They didn't pay 1.7 and take it to 2.4 - they were given the shares.....
One more time.... ECP were given the shares for 0 and therefore would make money even if they sold them for 1.7 - so taking it to 2.4 would simply have been getting cream on top - and very very risky to just sell them all immediately
