Yes in many ways as long as the case is sorted the daily trade is not a big concern, to me anyway..

The SP cannot go south if we are suspended!

If they can close a deal, that like you said could be becoming imminent! Then this could work in our favour!

I suppose it's all about getting every side of the story and finally getting the ASX and ASIC they will have that next week..
