I understand it is Tom's role to spin things in favour of the company but I'd suggest there may be a bit of trouble on the horizon if, after hearing TV2U's submission, Justice Siopis now wants to hear representations from ASIC and ASX. It appears that whatever he heard today did not satisfy him.
