Unless there has been progress in the "without prejudice negotiations",we are not likely to know much more after tomorrow, as it is probable that the review will set a date for trial.
However,I know nothing about the law,so anything may be possible.
The mere fact that the process is progressing to a logical conclusion is a positive though,as many of us consider we have a very strong case.

If we are successful, I hope the Company takes further action,and bores it up the rest of the bludgers responsible too.
