No I don't think the market is aware or fully understands Chameleon's claim or the range of possible remedies available to the court should the claim succeed. However, I know those colourful characters behind the relisting of Chameleon have been out and about pushing their barrow to various investor groups, while many in the legal and investment professions would have eyeballed the SOC. So it is reasonable to conclude 'many people smarter than I are not convinced that the Chameleon claim will succeed.

Reading the SOC most reasonable people would conclude that Grimaldi and Barnes actions were contary to Chameleon's best interest and provided NICU with an advantage they would have otherwise never achieved.
