All,
I happened to be researching Case Management Conferences. I happened to find the below:
What is a Case Management Conference? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=w-9BPP9o-c4
This is a definition by the UK Ministry of Justice. I know, not the Solomon Islands, but, another part of the Commonwealth, and thus governed by a Constitutional Monarchy and the Westminster System.
Interesting, if you look at 2:22 it states that in a CMC the Judge has the ability to 'throw out or "strike out" the claim or defence'.
I sincerely hope that this is the case for us on or around the 7th of February 2013. It appears as if SMM are on the run.
I apologise in advance if this insults anyones intelligence, or, is not relevant due to regional differences.
Keep Calm and Carry On!
