after Chetwynd J's decision it went to Court of Appeal, which threw out all issues to be reconsidered at the High Court, including the landbanking issue you just brought up. I got the impression that Chetwynd was very anti-avq, luckily international judges will not give any weight to local biases.

Yes I have read both court transcripts and the most recent decision is very positive for Axiom. It's not available on PacLII or anywhere else (seems they don't update it regularly haha), so I asked RM for it. I encourage you to have a read.
