    AVQ would have to win the court case and be given the prospecting licence first before Drake can put any pressure on AVQ to go for a JV. Or am I missing anything here?

    I agree with Deet who mentioned the expertise that SMM has that could help AVQ getting this of the ground. Of course, if there are other parties interested as PATROLLY mentioned then I believe that could be a possibility as well; doesn't have to be SMM. All of this only if we win of course.
