OK, all this JV stuff aside, I am confused, about a year ago we went to court for the appeal, the SP had a good run up to that time, there was a lot of specialism about the out come, now there would appear amongst HC contributors that we are in a better position with SMM being on the back foot, but why didn't the SP reflect this?

Its interesting that a couple of the online stock advisers went to strong but a week or two ago to a sell in the past week?
