I take your point regarding Scomo but I am comfortably satisfied that his actions regarding PEP11 were done in isolation and his secrecy is testimony to the fact that his actions would not have been endorsed by cabinet had he sought it's approval prior. Labor on the other hand, under Albanese, introduced and approved a caucus endorsed policy to deny PEP11 applications. This also is clear breach of the law. I believe PEP11 is in safe hands with the LNP compared to the ALP, as this response from Angus Taylor, in Hansard, shows "applications that meet the criteria will be approved"
