Yes but she has no other 'independent authority' making the assessment. It is HER department it seems doing the assessment and final decision
PEP11 is 'approved' by an independent assessment authority NOPTA - set.up by the Federal Government to keep it all at arms length of politics.
BUT politics is NEVER at arms length... it. Is always KNEES DEEP ... lol
