Seems the WA Supreme Court action was withdrawn and Carson has filed in the Fedral Court. The link above will give everyone an update on the situation.

What I don't understand is that DMA, Anderson, Levy and Revell are all DEFENDANTS of the case filed by Carson. So, am I to understand Carson is going everyone...
