I had an interesting exchange of emails with Peter Landau yesterday.

I asked him to explain why a court official is saying that the judement is reserved versus his view that the matter is settled.

Clearly I hit a sore spot as his response was immediate and very terse. He repeated claim that the matter is settled (parties withdrew and there was no appeal hearing)and agreed to provide documentation that this is the case. I have of course yet to receive any such documentation.

For what its worth, I got the feeling that he does not want this matter in the public realm. Is this to do with the cap raising or for other reasons I can only speculate.

My next port of call will be the advocate for Myletti.
