Hi Macleod,

You say ... "Now for the Joint Venture Announcement."

Do you think that getting this court hearing out of the way has removed a major impediment to the JV ? ... I was under the impression from reading HC that it is the dispute between Anglo and ARM that is the real fly in the ointment.

Also, would you at least expect some short-term positive reaction on the SP, once word of the court hearing withdrawal gets around ?

PS - From initial indications, it is good to see that what management have been telling people about the MM issue has essentially proven to be true ... should silence a few of the knockers for a little while ... if they are being fair about it.
