People have been trying to say that the reason NSW only got to 1500 max cases per day and then now plummeted to a few hundred. Compared to VIC , 2000+ cases for weeks.
Is the far superior testing and contact tracing.
But i think its a Croc of BS.
Especially when NSW has an extra 2,000,000 people.
