Hardy.... good to hear from you, yes we are in the process of getting a cook who can handle all of these foods.
I do prefer the old reliable bangers and gas, sorry mash but its good to have all of these modern new alternatives.I guess I'm a fan of Masterchef.
By the way did you notice in the last drilling report the coal seams intersected were new not the usual suspects and they were a reasonable thickness. Its obvious ESG have vast areas literally unexplored, what a gem they will be for a lucky suitor or even better.. suitors!!
