Even though it may seem contrary to logic, it is good to see directors not buying shares at the moment, despite the price. If they were, i would be extremely concerned. By not buying, there may at least be some prospect that they are precluded from trading on the basis that they are near in negotiating a partnering deal. If they were buying, well you could sensibly conclude that they arent anywhere near it.
