    Just a thought

    Since a primary reason for the buyback was to allow shareholders "who do not wish to support the Company’s newly announced acquisition business plan in the USA" a chance to sell their shares, does this mean that shareholders who DO support the new direction will be asked to show their support via a capital raise to facilitate any such acquisition?
