Have been watching this shell for signs of a new acquisition for several months, signs are here
At 3c DRG is capped at $2 million and holds $2 million in cash
Only 66 million shares on issue, debt free, and a director has recently bought almost 900,000 shares on market
Price is breaking out on impatient buying, and market cap is still shell value
Also selling its coal projects - another clue pointing to tech acquisition, and will add another $500,000 or so to bank balance.
