The SP increase has got to do with the company pumping up the SP so that when they need to issue shares for this pending aquistion, it doesnt dilute the current register too much.
Believe me when I say it has nothing to do with the quality of ghe aquisition. You see it all the time, especially prior cap raisings. Then the SP falls back to earth.
