You reckon? UCL SP still 1/2 of what MAK got for their chaunk of Sandpiper. MAK has done everything to help UCL's SP, 1st the TO that help UCL SP get to 35 cents. Now a deal that demonstrates UCL's share of Sandpiper s/be $25 mil. Even with all of that UCL can't convince the market of the value.
MAK the looser? They seem to be the guys with the money in the bank.
