I don't know what the answers are to your questions re sourcing additional magnetite but I just wanted to add that from memory (from what I have read recently) that back in 2014 or whenever (when the previous owners of the Wilcherry Hill project were in discussions with Arrium) the story was that getting Wilcherry into production had a time frame of nothing more than a couple of months which sounded pretty damn good to me.
