And don't forget when they say "three key assets" that is not taking into account the $32mil USD cash balance in the bank at the time of the takeover. But "the deal value at $450mil" included the $32mil which means if you exclude the $32mil USD the bloody deal is NOT $450mil AUD! It is $450mil AUD minus $32mil USD!
