Ok, for a start you didn't post a definition but that's ok, we'll just look at your synonyms. Accepted and approve both appeared on your list, and at least 90% of shares did both of those actions. Your inability to critically assess the scenario beyond your own bias is laughable, but also sad.
Also broker/researchrreports are largely crap used to either: 1/ drive brokerage fees through clients purchasing or selling shares 2/ drive the price of a share up or down in support of a position taken by as related entity.
Reality is if the offer from OZL was truely bad, as you continually argue basedbon your emotions and bias, then it wouldn't have gotten 90% of the shares 'in favour' of it.
