I didn't post a dictionary definition. That's OK is it? Well, OK then. You can play with your .... definition ... all you like. Your take on it is absolutely incorrect and attempting to argue otherwise to an audience that know better is simply quite silly.
90% of AVB shareholders were not 'in favour' of the take over. That's simply a fact that you mightn't like, but a fact nevertheless.
With respect to me 'continually arguing' about 'it', I've mentioned nothing of 'it' for a VERY long time. I've taken the cash and shares and moved on. What I've taken exception to here, quite specifically, is your totally false statement that 90% of shareholders were 'in favour' of it. That's just a crock, regardless of the fact that it got over the line, a lot of people with very large investments fought quite hard to not have to accept and in the end had very little choice. Unfortunately I've allowed myself to be pulled into a rubbish argument with a fool, so I'll leave it there.
