You can play with your .... definition ... all you like. Your take on it is absolutely incorrect and attempting to argue otherwise to an audience that know better is simply quite silly.

90% of AVB shareholders were not 'in favour' of the take over. That's simply a fact that you mightn't like, but a fact nevertheless.

With respect to me 'continually arguing' about 'it', I've mentioned nothing of 'it' for a VERY long time. I've taken the cash and shares and moved on.

1/ you said you were going to post a dictionary definition, becausey definition (which II have never posted) is apparamtly wrong, then didn't
2/ using the synonyms you posted, those that accepted the offer (which was 90% of the securities) were 'in favour'. Remember, one of your own synonyms was 'accepted'.
3/ if you took the money and moved on you wouldnt be posting here, trying to stir up dissent amoung OZL holders
