    The chairman said that he expects 941k within the next 3 weeks and they must spend 882k. Does anyone know if this predicted 941k of income includes the $1 million placement announced today because if it doesnt, then MST will have $1,074,000 in the bank at Sept 22 instead of 74k as per the chairmans address.
