revenues of $10m per year. Development of bank in box fiinished, and laying off development staff.

half year net loss only 88k (because they earn lots of interest).

Restructuring the fixed costs of the tech business should allow the operating to get to breakeven or profit - how would be nice to know obviously. But negative $6m attricuted to core business...

whats the 16m of cash to be used for (versus 11m mkt cap)
