The spirit of the JV agreement was that NSE would be free carried, and 13 million per well was deemed sufficient...without stuff ups/delays etc. COP obviously had the costs down on the optimum path....does anyone know if NSE can get any reimbursement from MB Century? Though I suspect the relationship is well and truly iced by now.
