This here shows me that people are being inpatient and sold out on hopes that an announcement was coming this week.
I assume people have got sniff its 1-2 weeks away and so the Dt's are moving else where... for the time being..
I think if there is NO halt this week it'll drop to 3.8cents... then we await the announcement....
The bigger players in this are selling at 8-14cents.... they know somethings up... deeper pockers and can stay in longer....
