    Worked in Asia for 25 years including Vietnam with quasi government bodies. That's why I am presumptuous. MOU = chance for travel/hotels/meals/sight seeing and sometimes a bit of business. As I said I hope I'm wrong and I'm staying invested in NOR but MOUs are ten a penny in Aisa.
