From what I was told yesterday the MOU may take 4 weeks , may take 12 weeks. If it takes 12 weeks I think that PO will just knock it on the head. Regardless, they said that the benefits of a MOU are that it means they are being taken seriously and that it sparks the attention of many more in the industry to take a look see. I said that you will win some and you will lose some but it's very early days to be throwing the Vietnam deal out the window just yet and from what I gathered this will be a win win for all parties so I'm going with it being signed off. All IMO of course.
