13/10/2011 Announcement:

The purchase price for ERG is US$260M
with a $300 Loan credit facility from BNP Paribas.
LNC has drawn down $130M 13/10/2011
so far,where is the rest of the money coming from?
To say LNC has no debt is not showing the whole picture.
If LNC was to put down the other $130M then LNC would be down to Cash at bank $200 less $130 equals $70M cash at bank $50M buyback??? makes no sense!!!
This is unlikely,thus, it's fair to assume LNC is now borrowed to $260M with $200M in the bank as of sept this year.
Just trying to keep you guys updated on the cash position so you can make your own assessment.Sorry if you think it's negative, lets not let the facts get in the way of a good story!!
