Rewardle is transiting to the monetising model and you can't expect Ruwan to come up with more cash in a short 3 months. The net cash outflow should still be large because Rewadle has to invest the capital equipment for new clients. Given what Rowan and his team has done in the last few months in getting so many big brand names into the system, I think it is fair to say that he has done a great job.
