Cop Senegal BV still exist,or their liabilities anyway,as a Cop 2017 Sec filing clearly states that Far has innitiated proceedings at the ICC against COP Senegal BV.
So if ConocoPhillips are not liable,why would they include it in their sec filing.
This also would mean that WPL's indemnity is still alive and well.
