Sooooooo you are telling us that just like any at any property auction or with any option to purchase property or a business .... you sign a contract to purchase with a completion date and then seek to find out the terms and conditions of contract of sale???? What's the point of an enforceable time frame to purchase something that is not defined..

Hi Bildah,
I didn't mention anything about signing the contract. I said if they had said yes,we want to buy within the 30 day time frame,and stopped the clock,and then demanded the relevant information from COP and they still didn't comply,then I think Far would be in a much stronger position than they are now, at the trbunal, just saying it was not a valid PE notice as per JOA.
