Not convinced of the above statement.  If WPL are covered by COP indemnity into the production phase the assume it gives them additional confidence at board level to approval all spending.  If no cover from COP WPL may be more inclined to look at other options.  Given where our SP and the value of our 15% equity position that must be interesting at some stage.  But who reallly knows on most of these PE things as the its not unscambling the egg thats the issue its who was doing, or not doing what, when it was made.  It will all come out in the wash.

Likely most on this thread will not follow English football but one wonders if our SP would appreciate if we followed the example of the Man U board, six out of six since Morinio left!.
