Just passed my eye over the EQI-LGL merger and in their blurb they go through the assets they own.
EQI has MT Rawdon mine in QLD and their gold is similar to CQT but our grades are better. They have 35.5mt@ 1.0g/t= 1.1m ounces or so.
However what I was pleased about is in their graphs where they show their small production of about 25,000oz per qtr they still have kept their cash costs at around A$350/oz.
If CQT could have something like this, although we have a lot of silver so I am not sure the effect on cash cost, I would be most pleased.
Even if Gold came off a bit and costs rose 10% their will still be plenty of profit around.
