The share price is reflective of the company as a total, once the true value of the land is determined Goldfields then pay Cqt for ownership of the land, which then becomes profit for CQT which would determine a dividend for CQT shareholders, whilst still owning 25% of the area anyways at worst.Goldfield dont want the company , they want the land. What income would you get for 25% ownership of land that Goldfields would determine was viable for there investment criteria.??????? Answer Alot of money. If it was about the company Goldfields could of bought it when the shares were below 15cents( cap of 40 million). Once the area is further explored the auction for the highest bidder will begin in earnest. Bring on measured status!!!!
