There is no statement of that in the announcements but I say that because that is what JT told myself and another shareholder in a meeting we had when he was selling us on the merits of the transaction. I do agree with you that it is not in any announcements and occassionally JT is not correct in what he says.
But at that meeting I specifically asked that question whether shareholders had the ability to refuse the offer if we were not happy and JT said yes.
1goodtip did you know that GF's actually owned all the land before cqt? They gave it up and were issued shares in CQT for that purpose so maybe it isnt about the land?
