Got my cheque today - the following statement was made on the form.
"Aviva is in the process of obtaining a Class Ruling from the ATO regarding confirmation of the tax treatment of the Reduction of Capital."
Just wondering if anyone has any idea of how such ATO rulings usually end up.
With the return of capital and the consolodation what price do you expect the Decimal Software Ltd. shares to start trading at on the 16th of April?
