Agree the deal is not overly generous to KIK, it all depends on whether IMC exercise their option to aquire the 20% and what they will end up paying for it. Alot of uncertainty in this deal but I suppose to raise $10m in this market is not too bad a job.
I think all eyes will be on Yakal and Tindaloo now. Now is the time to indulge in some gross speculation on what the 3P and flow rates might be, and the possible consequences on the SP. A good strike and a market cap of $200m plus would not be out of the question.
