I think there may be a lot more to this deal than meets the eye. There could be an equal farmin for kik in some other areas. All the other similar mutual aggreements ended up in sharing areas which is sensible for small players. They have inadvertantly announced the AGM in the release saying it will be ratified in early October. Have to wait to see why this is such a good deal to KIK.
